Risk Management Services - Description:
ADACOM as subcontractor of ENISA (EU agency responsible for strengthening cybersecurity across the European Union) for the last 3 years guides critical infrastructures – organizations in the scope of NIS2 Directive & Greek law 5160/2024, on the enforcement of successful risk management. Risk management is not only a fundamental part of cybersecurity but also constitutes legal obligation for these organizations. ADACOM as an expert partner on cybersecurity conducts risk management activities and provides methodology and tools for the continuous management of cybersecurity risks. Until now, these services have been provided for 14 organizations.
Risk management enforced is of premium quality level approved by ENISA and is compliant with standards, laws and regulations and best practices worldwide:

Through this project, ADACOM identifies and depicts the threat landscape relevant with each different entity’s operation, public and private sector and mapped with each entity’s assets (IT & OT) and business processes. In addition, ADACOM consultants propose remedy actions taking into account the size, complexity and special needs of each organization. ADACOM also highlights residual risk from these activities which is promptly communicated to management team in a comprehensive and efficient manner.
Why this project is of substantial significance:
Activities and output are approved by ENISA,
Risk Management services are provided to critical and important entities, which have the highest responsibilities and demands on these, as they relate to legal obligations,
Statistical analysis & dashboards are provided to facilitate easy depiction of cybersecurity threats on organization as well as on country level.
