Rather than creating something new, we revived and restored historic buildings, allowing them to take on a new life as part of a living hospitality experience. Our reception area, once an olive oil processing plant, still features the original millstones—now repurposed as striking design elements that connect guests to the rich history of the space. Every stone wall, vaulted ceiling, and shaded courtyard has been preserved with care, ensuring that the spirit of the village remains intact.
