Panagiotis Kapetanakos is the Chief Executive Officer of Noval Property, the 2nd largest Real Estate Investment Company in Greece with total assets of €568m. Noval Property is a subsidiary of Viohalco. Prior to his current position he was co-CEO and CFO of the GBP 1.2 bn and 75,000 m2 GBA acquisition and redevelopment of the Old War Office grade 2* listed building in London from office into mixed use, comprising the first Raffles hotel in London (with a 125-rooms capacity, F&B, spa and other amenities) and 85 Raffles branded residential apartments. Previously he was Chief Investment Officer & Head of Asset Management of NBG Pangaea (now Prodea Investments) in Athens; Manager at Piraeus Real Estate / Piraeus Bank Group in Athens; Director at Mizuho Corporate Advisory in Athens and Vice President, Business Development in the Hinduja Group in London. Panagiotis Kapetanakos holds an MBA from the Management School of Imperial College in London and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
