Alexander Metallinos is a partner of Potamitis Vekris law firm. He studied law in the Law School of the University of Athens and holds a doctorate from the Münster Law School and an LLM from the Yale Law School.
He has concluded some of the most important transactions in Greek capital markets (public offers, listings, LBOS, mergers and takeover bids) over the last three decades. He has also contributed to law reform, participating in numerous legislative committees, including the committees that introduced the most important reforms of private law, the new company law 4548/2018 and the new insolvency code 4738/2020.
