Polychronis Economou serves an Associate Professor of Statistics at the School of Engineering of the University of Patras and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the National Technical University of Athens. He is an elected member of the Greek Statistical Institute. With many years of experience in higher education, he is distinguished for his significant research contributions, including numerous publications in international scientific journals and authorship of books in the field of Statistics. He actively participates in scientific and organizing committees of international conferences and collaborates with scientists on numerous research projects.
