Angelika Gouskou (Doctor Juris) is an experienced lawyer specializing in Commercial Law and International Transactions. She has served as legal counsel and special advisor for numerous public and private entities. She currently provides legal services as Managing Partner of «Selekos_Gouskou & Co Law Offices», on issues of corporate law, financing, real estate development and general asset management, investment and commercial contracts. Since 2011, she has been listed as an arbitrator with the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and collaborates with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris as a member of its Legal Committee.
Angelika Gouskou is a member of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (HCGC), as well as a member of both the Corporate Governance Committee and the ESG Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). She is also actively engaged in pro bono work on corporate governance matters, as a co-founder of the non-profit organization The Corporate Governance Hub.
