Harry Kyriazis

Harry Kyriazis, Civ. Engineer, MBA (INSEAD), Ph.D., started his career in manufacturing, and then served as Secretary General of the Ministry of National Economy (1992-1993). From 1994 until 2011 he was Tax and Consulting unit Head at Arthur Andersen and Advisory Leader at PwC, with diverse experience in private and public sector projects. He sat at the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) for 21 years, where he served as Executive Vice-Chairman (2011-2015) and as an Advisor to its Board on social dialogue & corporate governance (until Sep.2019). He currently acts as a freelance consultant and over the past 10 years has served as Board Chair in 2 state enterprises, Audit Committee or Remuneration Committee Chair in 3 banks and 2 listed companies. He also served until recently in the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and as Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee of BusinessEurope. He sat until 2014 on the Board of the Advisory Committee of the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (ELTE) and today serves as a member of its Advisory Committee.
