Christina Koliatsi

Ms. Koliatsi is the Group Chief Legal Counsel of Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece. Having joined Growthfund in 2017 as Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, and the Investment Committee, she has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and civil law in law firms with international presence. Ms. Koliatsi has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers, M&As and corporate governance, while bringing broad experience since 2007 in energy law (RES). She holds an LLM in International Finance and Banking Law (King’s College London) and graduated in 2000 from the Law School of the University of Athens. She also holds an MBA (Strategic Management) from the University of Athens. She has been appointed as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of ETVA VIPE S.A. since October 2022.
