Paolo Fioravanti

Paolo Fioravanti is CEO and Co-Founder of Circuits Integrated Hellas (CIH), a Greek deep-tech company developing advanced semiconductor and integration technologies for satellite communications and dual-use space systems. He brings more than 20 years of experience in RF, analog and millimeter-wave integrated-circuit design, gained through engineering and leadership roles at Theta Microelectronics, Broadcom and other high-frequency technology organizations. His work has covered microwave backhaul, Ka-band beamforming, phased-array antennas and highly integrated SatCom terminals. At CIH, he leads the development of the KYTHRION™ platform, which combines silicon and compound semiconductors through advanced 3D heterogeneous integration, Antenna-in-Package and System-in-Package technologies. The platform targets compact, high-performance and scalable active antenna solutions for next-generation satellite payloads and user terminals. Under his leadership, CIH graduated from ESA BIC Greece and is progressively expanding its engagement within the Greek and European space ecosystem.
