Dr Panagiotis Mpogiatzidis

Panagiotis Μpogiatzidis studied Mathematics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He completed postgraduate studies in Health Care Management at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. He holds a PhD from the University of Ioannina with a PhD thesis entitled: “Internal Customer Satisfaction and Service Efficiency. An Empirical Study in the Field of Health.” His research interests focus on Economics and Health Care Management. His scientific activities extend to the presentation of numerous papers at scientific conferences with thematic fields of Economics, Management, Efficiency – Quality of Health Care Services, as well as to the publication of scientific articles in reputable journals with numerous references to them. Professionally since 1997, he worked at the National Health Service, as an administrative employee. He served as Director of the Kozani General Hospital “MAMATSEIO” (2004-2010), Deputy Director of the 3rd Health Region of Macedonia (2013-2015) and Director of the 3rd Health Region of Macedonia (9th/2019 – 7th/2024) and holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Obstetrics of the School of Health Sciences of the University of Western Macedonia.
