Maria Psillaki is a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Piraeus and Chair of the Audit Committee of PPC SA, where she serves as an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Remuneration and Recruitment Committee. She is also a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce. She has been a professor at universities abroad for many years. She holds certifications from Harvard Business School and IMD in sustainability and climate risk. Her research and academic interests focus on banking, corporate governance, finance, and sustainable finance.
