Nicolas Kanellopoulos is the Founding Managing Partner of NKLAW FIRM, a Supreme Court Lawyer and Accredited Mediator with extensive experience of more than 35 years of distinguished experience across dispute resolution, ADR and complex advisory work in corporate, commercial, public and administrative law. A member of the Athens Bar Association since 1990 —where he served for many years as a Board Member—he combines legal excellence with institutional stewardship, guiding the Firm with a solution-driven, client-focused ethos that delivers clarity, compliance and outcomes in high-stakes mandates.
A respected figure in Greece’s legal and institutional landscape, Nicolas currently serves as President of the Institute for Justice and Growth and Executive Director of the Institute for Privacy Law, Data Protection and Technology (EPLO), Secretary General of OPEMED and the Hellenic-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and is a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators (World Bank Group).
He has held prominent public service roles—including Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency & Human Rights and President of the Greek National Tourism Organization—playing a leading and pivotal role in reforms that connected justice with economic development and growth, digital transformation and institutional capacity-building.
His extensive professional background brings a rare breadth of expertise in the Firm spanning public and administrative law, corporate and commercial law, competition, banking and capital markets, data protection and technology, public procurement, investment and international private law.
