Nikolaos Kalatzis

He is a graduate of Leontios School and holds a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds the professional qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is registered as an Internal Auditor with the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE) and holds a Class A Accountant – Tax Specialist license. With many years of experience in Big4 audit firms, he delivered audit and assurance services in senior managerial roles. He served as CFO in a multinational aviation handling company. Since 2015, he has been serving as Chief Audit Executive at Athens Medical Group. He has served as a member of the BoD’s and as Chairman of Audit Committees in subsidiaries of Growthfund. Since September 2025, he serves as an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of STASY S.A. and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee. He is a Member of the BoD of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Greece (IIA Greece).
