Chief Risk Officer, FERMA rimap® – COSO ERM – CRMA ELVALHALCOR S.A.
Finalist in the FERMA European Risk Management Awards 2025 in the Risk Manager of the Year category, Konstantinos serves as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at ElvalHalcor S.A. He leads the design, implementation, and integration of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, ensuring alignment with ISO 31000 and COSO standards. In this role, he provides independent risk insights to senior leadership, oversees enterprisewide mitigation strategies, delivers risk reporting to the Board, and actively fosters a strong riskaware culture.
Previously, as Risk Advisory Manager at Deloitte S.A., he designed ERM frameworks, directed risk assessments, developed KRIs, and managed major advisory engagements across industries.
Konstantinos is also an instructor for the FERMA Rimap certification courses through H.A.RI.MA and the CRMA preparation courses offered via IIA Greece. He has mentored risk professionals and contributed to advanced analytics and modeling, supported by strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and VBA.
