Mr Aris Dimitriadis served as Executive Director of Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management of OTE Group. He has been a member of the OTE Group’s executive team since 2005 and he served as Director of Internal Audit and Compliance of COSMOTE Group from 2005 to 2012. From November 2012 to December 2024 he was Executive Director of Compliance, Corporate Risk Management & Insurance of OTE Group. Prior to OTE Group, he worked at KPMG and for many years in the banking sector, first at ABN AMRO and later at FBB-First Business Bank as Internal Audit Officer. He holds a BA in Economics and Politics and an MBA from Kent University, UK. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), a Certified Auditor in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the International Institute of Internal Auditors and he holds the Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA). He holds the certifications of Internal Auditor (CIA), Internal Auditor for Financial Services (CFSA), Internal Auditor for Risk Management (CRMA) from the International Institute of Internal Auditors and the Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA). He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Hellenic Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (HACFE). He also holds the certification (ICA) in Compliance and Financial Fraud. He was Vice President of the Association “INTERNATIONAL TRANSPARENCY – GREECE”. He is currently Vice President of the Panhellenic Association of Risk Managers (HARIMA), member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors (H.I.I.A.) and Treasurer of the European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing (ECIIA). He is also member of NED Club in Greece & member of Association of Chief Executive Officers.
