Drossia Kardasi is an experienced executive with a long-standing career in the insurance services sector. She began her professional journey in Sales and Marketing, taking on significant roles in Greece and abroad. Today, she leads the Human Resources Division of INTERAMERICAN and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee, placing people and organizational culture at the heart of its strategic agenda.
In recent years, she has led major organizational transformation initiatives and introduced modern ways of working, such as agile, lean, and design thinking, contributing to the creation of a workplace environment built on fairness, trust, continuous feedback, accountability, and mutual respect.
Her academic and professional education includes postgraduate studies and executive education programs at distinguished institutions such as ALBA Business School, INSEAD Business School, and Edinburgh Business School, reflecting her ongoing commitment to continuous personal and professional development. In 2025, she was honored with the HR Manager of the Year award.
