
Natassa Paschali
General Manager, Group CHRO, Member of the Executive Board, Eurobank SA
Natassa Paschali, General Manager, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Eurobank, is responsible for shaping and delivering the Group human capital strategy across Greece and its international operations. Since assuming this role in 2018, she has led the design and implementation of HR strategies and policies aligned with Eurobank’s business priorities, transformation agenda, and long-term organizational development goals.
Her core areas of focus include talent and leadership development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, HR technology, and the digital transformation of work. She also plays a pivotal role in fostering cultural evolution and advancing new ways of working, driving people-centric initiatives that support the Group’s broader organizational, digital, and operational transformation.
She has held senior HR leadership roles in Greece and abroad, including serving as CHRO of Eurobank Private Bank in Luxembourg. She brings extensive experience in supporting organizational growth, managing restructuring and crisis situations, and leading mergers and acquisitions, while consistently maintaining strong employee engagement and constructive labor relations. Furthermore, she participates in sectoral collective processes with the Hellenic Federation of Bank Employee Unions forming the statutory employment framework for the sector in Greece.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of Eurobank S.A. She holds an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
