
Konstantinos Filis
Director Institute of Global Affairs (American College of Greece)
He serves as President of the Foundation of Thracian Art and Tradition, Director of the Institute of International Affairs, Associate Professor at the American College of Greece, Director of the International Olympic Truce Centre, and Research Fellow at the Foreign Policy Planning Centre of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is a member of the National Council on Foreign Policy and serves on the Advisory Council of the Institute of International Relations (Panteion University), the Board of the International Olympic Academy, and the Sportsmanship, Ethics and Deontology Committee. A former Senior Associate Member of St Antony’s College, University of Oxford, he also conducted research at SEESOX, Oxford. He lectures at Greece’s Diplomatic, Naval, Air Force, and National Security Academies, and is active in energy, geoeconomics, and Greek-Turkish dialogue initiatives. He has published extensively, including books, studies, and academic papers.
