Dimitrios Batzis is Head of Southern CEE & Mediterranean at Schroders, responsible for the business and strategic development of seven countries across the region. He also serves as ESG Representative for Germany, Austria and CEEMED, focusing on sustainability, ESG and impact-related client initiatives. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Greece, Cyprus & Malta (2019–2022) and joined Schroders in 2017 as Sales Executive covering clients across CEE and the Mediterranean. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Deutsche Bank, Bank of China and a Family Office in Switzerland and Greece. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt and is certified in CFA ESG Investing.
