Nikos Loulis is Chairman of Loulis Food Ingredients S.A., Southeast Europe’s leading producer of flour and bakery and pastry ingredients. Representing the seventh generation of his family to lead the company, he continues a centuries-old entrepreneurial legacy that began in Epirus, Greece, in 1782.

Nikos graduated from Athens College (HAEF) with an International Baccalaureate diploma before earning a degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management in the United States. He also holds a Technical Diploma in Milling Engineering from the Swiss Milling School in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 2017, he completed his MBA at INSEAD, undertaking his studies in Singapore.

In addition to his role at Loulis Food Ingredients, Nikos serves on the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), where he chairs the Health and Safety Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the Greek Flour Millers Association.

Born in 1986, Nikos is married and has three children.
