Thanasis Panagiotou, CFA, is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in Treasury, Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF). He currently serves as Group Treasury, Risk & AML Director at Allwyn Hellas, where he is responsible for the Group’s liquidity and funding, as well as overseeing AML compliance, credit risk, and enterprise risk functions. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in strategic financing, banking negotiations, complex project management, and regulatory affairs while combining deep knowledge of financial markets with a strong understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape.
