Dr. Christos Moridis
Founder & CEO, NetValue Systems
Dr. Christos Moridis is the founder of NetValue Systems, an Athens-based company that designs mission-critical operational systems and applied-AI solutions for maritime and industrial organisations. He holds a PhD in Information Systems, with a focus on affective computing and human-computer interaction, and an MSc in Intelligent Systems from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His maritime work includes Navaltech’s operational platform for ship inspection and certification, presented at the International Maritime Human Factors Conference 2026 (ITU, Istanbul), and a co-authored article on the IMO MASS Code. He has published more than 27 peer-reviewed papers, serves as Guest Topic Editor at Frontiers in Neurorobotics and as a registered Expert Evaluator for the European Commission, and has taught Human-Computer Interaction at postgraduate level. A founding member of AI Catalyst and contributor to its Maritime group.
