Dinos Mitsiou
Honorary Consul of the Republic of Guatemala in Greece
Born in Greece, Dinos Mitsiou founded Amphitrion Group of companies back in 1973. After working for several years in the air-ticket distribution industry, he realized the importance of tourism in Greece and invested in the incoming travel business. He is the first Greek entrepreneur in travel that entered Japan, USA and China markets with privately owned local offices.
With his leadership, his genuine strategic thinking and ability to identify assets, Amphitrion expanded its activities in Ground Transportation, Airline representation, Congress organizing, Yachting among others.
Optimist and visionary, he is actively involved in Amphitrion’ s business and strategy. Dinos Mitsiou has also served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Guatemala in Greece since 1990.
