Mr. Fotis Seretis has a 25-year professional experience in the Management of Health Units, the coordination, the program management and the design of partnership proposals between public and private sector (PPPs) for Health Institutions. Today, he is the Head of the 5th Regional Health Authority of Thessaly & Sterea, Greece while he has also served as:
President – General Manager of the Peripheral Welfare Health System (PESYP) Sterea, Greece

He is a member of scientific and social institutions, and has an extensive teaching experience in the Health Sector while he has also participated as instructor with publications in a large number of conferences and seminars.
He has also been a Research Fellow in the National School of Public Health, the ΤΕΙ of Lamia and the School of Dentistry of the University of Athens. He graduated from the School of Dentistry of the University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health.
