George Mavridis

George has 25 years of experience in private equity, financial advisory and investment banking. He is a founding managing partner and member of the investment committee of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine SCA SICAR I & II. He has also held senior management positions in EFG Telesis and EFG Eurobank and has successfully developed two financial advisory firms. He has structured and executed a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across a variety of sectors. He also has significant experience in operating, organizational and financial restructurings. He holds an MBA in Finance from Athens University of Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Aristotles University of Thessaloniki.
