Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister of Digital Governance
Konstantinos Karamousalis is a career diplomat with extensive experience in governance and diplomacy. Since August 2023, he has served as the Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister of Digital Governance, Mr. Papastergiou, with a primary focus on advancing digital diplomacy initiatives. His dedication to utilizing technology for diplomatic endeavors reflects his innovative approach to governance. Prior to this role, Konstantinos held pivotal diplomatic positions, including Deputy Director/Diplomatic Cabinet of Deputy Minister for Economic Diplomacy and Openness, Counselor at the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in Albania and Deputy Head and Consul at the Embassy in Argentina. He has also played significant roles in central service, notably contributing to the Task Force for the Greek Chairmanship of the OSCE in 2009, serving as a desk officer in the Cyprus Department, and engaging in the enlargement process of the Western Balkan Countries. Konstantinos’s unique blend of diplomatic expertise and technological acumen positions him as a strategic leader in driving digital initiatives and fostering international relations.
