Maria Papazarkada

Born in 1975 in Boston, USA.
She studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and then completed her postgraduate studies in International Commercial Law at the University of Kent in England.
From 2000 to 2003 she worked as a lawyer in various positions, including the General Secretary of Tourism of the Ministry of Development and the law office of the Attorney at Law Theodoros Kontogiannopoulos.
Since 2004, she has been working in various positions of responsibility in Credit Insurance, and since September 2020 she has been Head of Coface Greek Branch, with responsibility for Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association for more than 20 years, Member of the Association of Senior Business Executives, the Association of Insurance Company Representatives and Executives, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Greeks in America and other social and professional networks & discussion forums.
She is a proud mother of four children.
