Neoklis Stamkos is the CEO of Microsmart, the first decentralized microfinance institution in Greece. He is Certified Expert in Microfinance, by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, awarded from Microfinance Centre as Financial Inclusion Ambassador, involved in the development of the legislation for microfinance institutions in Greece (law 4701/2020) and member of the committee that updated in 2021 the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision.
