He was born on 31.08.1971. Özgür Obalı, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics, completed his master’s degree in International Banking and Finance at the University of Birmingham. In institutions such as İş Bankası and Türkiye Finans; He served in various positions, from Inspector to Chairman of the Inspection Board. Between 2012 and 2016, he worked in Human Resources, Support Services, After-Sales Services at Vakıf Emeklilik; Obalı, who served as Deputy General Manager of Marketing, Operations and Information Technologies; He served as the General Manager of Vakıf Emeklilik between February 2016 and July 2020. Özgür Obalı is married and has two children.
