Professor Charikleia Apalagaki, is, since March 2017, Secretary General of the Hellenic Bank Association. Since July 2022, she is appointed as Acting General Manager of the Association. Mrs. Apalagaki is also full Professor in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
Her studies in law (Civil, Commercial, Banking, European Financial, and Criminal) have been completed at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she was awarded her PhD in Civil Procedure Law.
Mrs. Apalagaki is specialized in enforcement law and in insolvency proceedings, and has also extensive legislative drafting experience. She has participated in numerous Congresses, as Speaker, and has published a remarkable number of scientific working papers.
