He has more than 10 years of experience in lead positions involving design, development and testing of photonics, electronics, and software. Furthermore, he has hands-on experience in planning and budgeting the development of complex systems and guiding internal and external teams through the project execution, either in classical waterfall or agile project management styles. He has taken key roles in major European missions, such as Merlin, and has been responsible for extending the value and reliability of forthcoming aerospace products by securing funding for key R&D projects and forming key partnerships with existing or new suppliers. Finally, he thrives in multicultural environments, giving emphasis on establishing communication, mutual understanding and respect with internal and external team members and stakeholders.
