Greek Risk Management Awards 2026

The establishment of the first Greek awards for Risk Management by the Hellenic Association of Risk Managers (H.A.RI.MA) is not just a new initiative. It’s a resounding message to the market: Greece is entering the new era of professional maturity, resilience, and strategic risk management with dynamism, in full alignment with the established European FERMA awards.

In a world where uncertainty has become commonplace, the role of risk management is no longer limited to preventing unpleasant developments. It is a catalyst that broadens organizations’ perspectives, helping them adapt quickly, innovate, and create value in constantly changing environments. The establishment of these awards recognizes exactly that: the need to honor those who look beyond today and build tomorrow with foresight and determination.

The Greek Awards aim to become an institution that will highlight the brightest examples of leadership, professionalism, and innovation in risk management. Thru collaboration with FERMA and alignment with European assessment and recognition standards, Greece now gains a strong voice in the European risk management ecosystem. At the same time, a channel for the exchange of experiences, know-how, and best practices opens up, strengthening the professional community and raising the bar for quality across the entire market.

However, beyond their symbolic value, awards serve as a practical mechanism for improvement and inspiration. They provide visibility to teams and professionals who are testing new approaches, implementing innovative tools, promoting a culture of prevention, and shaping real conditions of resilience within their organizations. These examples serve as a guide for the rest of the market, encouraging more organizations to invest seriously in risk management.

The first Greek Risk Management Awards are not just a celebration of excellence. It’s a move that strengthens the country’s image on the European map, promotes a modern culture of executive thinking, and confirms that the Greek business community can, and wants to stand on equal footing with international standards.

With the launch of this institution, Greece is taking a decisive step forward. It creates a space where the best are showcased, innovations are recognized, and the entire market benefits from the knowledge and experience of those who are paving the way. A space that enhances not only risk management, but also strategic thinking, accountability, and business continuity at every level.

For the first time in Greece, H.A.RI.MA. is organizing the Greek Risk Management Awards 2026 – #grma26 in collaboration with ethosEVENTS. The awards will take place on March 13, 2026, in person at the Divani Caravel.
