Coffee Business Awards 2025 - A New Era for Industry Awards!

The Coffee Business Awards are changing! Starting this year, the industry’s premier evening is being transformed into an experience worthy of the dynamism and creativity of our space. The event will no longer resemble the classic gala with round tables and greetings. Instead, the ethosEVENTS team welcomes all guests to a lively evening cocktail party with music, drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere.

In a festive atmosphere, all coffee professionals, entrepreneurs, and friends will come together in a more friendly, more creative, and certainly more enjoyable environment. During the evening, there will be short presentations to announce the winners.

The winners will take the stage to receive their awards, while they can take their commemorative photos with the official Coffee Business Awards banner at a specially designed area.

The big changes

Fewer awards: Starting this year, the distinctions are more targeted, more prestigious, more special.
Elite Jury: The jury was composed of leading professionals from the restaurant, coffee shop, and education sectors, ensuring transparency, prestige, and credibility in the process.
New Networking Experience: The evening becomes an opportunity for meeting, getting to know each other, and exchanging ideas, beyond the awards ceremony.

The goal is for the Coffee Business Awards to be a celebration for the industry, an evening that combines recognition, inspiration, and entertainment.

The #coba25 ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 17th, at Gazarte, organized by ethosEVENTS in collaboration with Coffee+Brunch Magazine and the portal coffeemag.gr.

This year, the presidency of the Coffee Business Awards Judging Committee is taken over by Mr. Panagiotis Nikas, Certified Barista Trainer and Author. With his many years of experience in the coffee industry and his active contribution to the training of professionals, Mr. Nikas will lead the committee that will recognize the industry’s top performers.

During the awards ceremony, he will also have the honor of presenting the awards to the winners of the evening.

Nominations

TOP AWARDS:

€900 for each nomination in the top 4 awards.

Remaining Categories:

€490   for the first nomination.
€790   for a package of two nominations from the same business.
€1.090 for a package of three nominations from the same business.
€1.390   for a package of four nominations from the same company.
€1.690   for a package of five nominations from the same business.
+€250 for each additional submission from the same business

Application Deadline: November 28, 2025

The above prices do not include VAT.

Every business that has submitted 1 to 3 nominations is entitled to one free seat at the official awards ceremony, while 3 or more nominations entitle them to an additional free seat for a staff member.

NAME SPONSOR | €15.000 + VAT

The sponsor’s logo will be placed next to the main logo of the Awards with the note: “Awards presented by Name sponsor”.
One Sponsor executive is entitled to a ten-minute (10′) speech at the awards ceremony.
A Sponsor executive will present the awards to the winners of five (3) award categories.
The opportunity to publish an interview with a high-level executive in the Coffee+Brunch magazine, including a cover photo, with republication on the coffeemag.gr portal.
The Sponsor is entitled to a 300×250 px banner ad on the main page of the coffeemag.gr portal for 6 months.
The Sponsor will be prominently featured throughout the awards’ promotional material (e-newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
The Sponsor is entitled to the presence of 24 people during the award ceremony.
The Sponsor is entitled to a kiosk with maximum dimensions of 4m x 3m in the lobby of the hotel where the awards ceremony will be held.
The Sponsor is entitled to present a two-minute (2′) corporate video during the flow of the awards ceremony.
The Sponsor will be promoted via the organizer’s and event’s social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) with three (3) “featured” posts.

GOLD SPONSOR | €12.000 + VAT

One Sponsor executive is entitled to a five-minute (5′) speech at the awards ceremony.
A Sponsor executive will present the awards to the winners of three (2) award categories.
There is an opportunity to publish an interview with a senior executive in the Coffee+Brunch magazine, with republication on the portal and republication on the coffeemag.gr portal.
You are entitled to a 300×250 px banner ad on the main page of the coffeemag.gr portal for 5 months.
The Sponsor will be prominently featured throughout the awards’ promotional material (e-newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
He is entitled to the presence of 16 people during the award ceremony.
They are entitled to space to set up a kiosk, maximum dimensions 3m x 3m, in the lobby of the hotel where the awards ceremony will be held.
They are entitled to present a two-minute (2′) corporate promotional video during the awards ceremony.
The sponsor will be promoted thru the organizer’s and event’s social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn) with two (2) “featured” posts.

One Sponsor executive is entitled to a three-minute (3′) speech at the awards ceremony.
A Sponsor executive will present the awards to the winners of one (1) award category.
You are entitled to a 300×250 px banner ad on the main page of the coffeemag.gr portal for 4 months.
The Sponsor will be prominently featured throughout the awards’ promotional material (e-newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
They are entitled to the presence of 16 people during the award ceremony.
They are entitled to a kiosk with a maximum size of 3m x 2m in the area where the awards ceremony is taking place.
The sponsor is entitled to present a corporate video, with a maximum duration of one (1) minute, during the awards ceremony.
The sponsor will be promoted thru the organizer’s and event’s social media pages (Facebook and Linkedin) with two (2) “featured” posts.
They are entitled to include a banner with a maximum size of 600×100 (height) in the awards summary newsletter and a banner with a size of 728×90 on the event summary page.

BRONZE SPONSOR | €6.000 + VAT

You get access to a 300×250 px banner on the main page of the coffeemag.gr portal for 3 months.
The sponsor will be prominently displayed in all promotional materials for the awards (electronic newsletters, email updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
They are entitled to the presence of 8 people during the award ceremony.
They are entitled to a kiosk with a maximum size of 2m x 2m in the area where the awards ceremony is taking place.
The sponsor will be promoted thru the organizer’s and event’s social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn) with one (1) “featured post”.
They shall receive a comprehensive account of the awards.

PREMIUM CORPORATE PARTICIPATION | €3.000 + VAT

The sponsor will be featured in all promotional materials for the awards (electronic newsletters, email updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
They are entitled to the presence of 4 people during the award ceremony.
They are entitled to display up to one (1) rollup with a maximum size of (0.85×2.00) in the awards ceremony venue.
They shall receive an extensive report of the awards.

CORPORATE PARTICIPATION | €1.500 + VAT

The sponsor will be featured in all promotional materials for the awards (electronic newsletters, email updates, landing pages, reports, etc.).
They are entitled to the presence of 2 people during the award ceremony.
