Antonello Motroni is senior researcher at Mefop (Company for the development of Pension Funds), Department of Economy and Finance, where he is responsible for statistical activities. In that capacity he took the responsibility of many research projects. Author of publications on the main topics of supplementary pensions. He is an expert on Public Economics at Luiss University and in that capacity carried out seminars on the economy of pension funds. He is in the faculty of the Mefop-Luiss University master in “Economy, Finance and Governance of Institutional Investors”.
Coordinator of the Mefop working group on EU policy issues of supplementary pensions; in that context he deals with the Iorp2 directive, the Pepp regulation, the sustainable finance, the IORPs stress testing and other prominent issues.
