Chara Kani, MSc, PhD

Ms. Kani Chara, is Head of Medicines Division, General Directorate of Organization and Planning of Health Services, at E.O.P.Y.Y. Furthermore, she is a member as a representative of EOPYY in the Committee for the Evaluation and Reimbursement of Medicines for Human Use of the Ministry of Health. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Athens, holding a doctorate from the Athens School of Medicine and a master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy. She also participates as an expert in European networks for the pricing and reimbursement of medicines as well as in European Commission and OECD working groups on medicines.
