Charlotte Hedemark Hancke is a leading European voice in risk management, serving nine years on FERMA’s Board and as President for the 2023–2025 term, representing 23 national associations and over 6,000 professionals. She is recognized for strengthening dialogue on resilience, sustainability, and the evolving responsibilities of risk leaders in a rapidly shifting business environment. She also serves on the Board of DARIM, the Danish Risk Management Association. At SAP, she brings more than 18 years of experience in Global Risk & Assurance Services and works as a Field Risk Manager. Her role focuses on enhancing risk oversight in sales and services, aligning risk practices with SAP’s strategic priorities, and supporting governance across complex commercial engagements. Her work is defined by a commitment to transparency, operational integrity, and enterprise-wide risk awareness, and she is widely respected for her strategic leadership during a period of technological and regulatory change.
