Christina Giovani has more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance, risk management, corporate governance and strategic advisory and advises companies and organisations across the private and public sectors on corporate governance, financing and strategy.
She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Optima bank and Chair of the Board Risk Management Committee, as well as Vice Chair of the Non-Executive Directors’ Club of Greece. She has previously served as Chair of ADMIE Holding S.A., Executive Alternate Chair of the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund, and Managing Director of DEPFA Bank in Greece.
Christina is certified through INSEAD’s International Directors Programme and holds the European Board Diploma from ecoDa, an MBA and a BSc in Business Administration. She also serves as Greece Ambassador for INSEAD’s International Directors Network (IDN).
