Derkos (Derkylidas-Dimitris) Kalogridis
Vice President SEIV – Country Manager ABBOTT DIABETES CARE for Greece and Cyprus
He studied Marketing and finance. In his first professional steps he created a privet accounting firm. Then from 1986 to 1990 he worked at Star Maritime in Monte Carlo, in the field of finance and investments. In 1992 he started his career at ABBOTT Hellas in the diagnostic sector of the company in the sales department. Then, passing through various departments and positions in ABBOTT, in marketing and sales, in 2001 he took over as Sales and Marketing manager in the Diabetes division and in 2016 he takes the position of business unit manager. Since 2019 he has assumed the responsibility as head of the diabetes division at ABBOTT DIABETES CARE, for Greece and Cyprus, until today.
Founding member of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Committee of the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce. Member of SEIV since 1996. In 2017 and 2020 he was elected to the position of vice president of SEIV, until today.
