With expertise spanning the entire business lifecycle, and deep familiarity with technology related to insurance aggregators and e-commerce, excels in leading high-performing, cross-functional agile teams in complex environments. Currently leading a multicultural tribe of professionals both in Greece and abroad, delivering continuous growth rates of over 25% year over year, and top-flight customer NPS and retention rates, consistently breaking barriers of 70 and 82% respectively.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Master’s in Insurance Risk Management, and is also a certified Broker and Agent by the Bank of Greece.
