Dionysios Skarmeas

Dionysis Skarmeas is Professor of Marketing at Athens University of Economics & Business. He received his MBA and PhD in Marketing from Cardiff University and his BSc in Economics from the University of Piraeus. He started his academic career at Cardiff University, moved to the University of Piraeus and then to the University of Leeds.
His research interests include International Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and CSR & Green Marketing. Dionysis has published his research in journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, Journal of International Marketing, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, International Marketing Review and European Journal of Marketing. His publications have received a substantial number of citations.
Dionysis is the Director of the MSc in Marketing & Communication and the e-learning programs Sports Marketing and Export Marketing.
