Elias Tsaldaris is the Founder of Innovation Group and the creator of the {Re}Think Digital ecosystem, one of the most active hubs for artificial intelligence, digital, and creative innovation in Greece.
He has a background in applied mathematics, data-driven design, and digital strategy, specializing in AI-powered experiences, immersive applications, and next-generation knowledge systems.
He is the Metaverse Architect of the e-expo platform, Art Director at Honey Bee Productions, and AI Architect at Victorious Network, where he designs AI frameworks and next-generation production workflows.
He is also a member of the Web Next Generation (WNG) Hub, where he develops the DCR Protocol (Digital Certified Record), a new standard for data interoperability and security in the AI era. In parallel, he leads Data Save, a blockchain-based infrastructure that extends DCR, enabling municipalities and regions to transition from traditional cloud systems to secure, indexed knowledge architectures.
With over 20 years of experience in digital media and the creative economy, he is actively involved in the strategic development of AI-driven projects and regularly speaks at conferences and educational programs on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the future of smart cities.
