Elpida Kyriakou

Elpida Kyriakou brings extensive experience in Digital Health and currently serves as a Business Consultant at Netcompany, where she contributes to the design and implementation of strategies that drive the Digital Transformation of Public Sector Healthcare Organizations.
She has previously held senior leadership roles, having served as CIO at “Evangelismos” General Hospital of Athens and CIO at the 1st Health Region of Attica. From 2019 to 2024, she collaborated with the General Secretariat for Health Services and the General Secretariat for Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Health, actively participating in national Digital Health Transformation initiatives.
She holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras and a Master’s degree in Health Services Management from the National School of Public Health.
