He managed digital transformation projects (Shipping), financial and operational restructuring of companies or divisions (Industry, Retail, Food), GRC software development (Finance, Telecommunications, Shipping), designing and setting up of new business units (Holdings, Retail, Shipping), drafting and developing policies and procedures (Industry, Shipping, Holdings, Food, Telecommunications). He participated in operational mergers of companies in 3 different cases and in a significant number of due diligence audits in the financial sector and the food industry.
