George possesses more than 20 years of Management Consulting experience with extensive exposure to the Banking and Infrastructure sectors. He has carried out numerous strategy, change management, operational improvement and PMO projects for Banks and Servicers. At the same time, he has also worked extensively on infrastructure projects, focusing on ports and marinas, having acted as the Financial Advisor or valuator for numerous landmark transactions.
He has supported more than 15 clients in the preparation and submission of NPL Servicing License Applications, as well as the Bank of Greece itself in the review and redesign of the NPL Servicing licensing framework.
He has worked on numerous NPL transactions as well as in the redesign and optimization of NPL operations for a number of Banks and NPL Servicers.
He holds a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering with Management from the University of Durham and an MBA from INSEAD.
