George is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of OCTANE Management Consultants with 20 years of consulting experience working with Banks, Funds and some of the largest Greek corporates.
George has directed a significant number of NPL-specific projects for clients such as Eurobank, Emporiki Bank, NBG, ATE Under Special Liquidation, PQH, Piraeus Bank and others. He has worked directly with more than 10 international and Greek clients in the process for the granting of NPL servicing licenses, as well as the Bank of Greece in the simplification of the NPL servicing licensing framework, and has supported a number of portfolio sales and securitizations.
At the same time, George possesses extensive experience working with SMEs and Large Corporates on improving operational efficiency through a multitude of turnaround, restructuring and performance improvement assignments in sectors ranging from Food & Beverages and other FMCG to Transport, Tourism, Infrastructure, Utilities and Heavy Industry.
He holds a Masters of Engineering with Management from Durham University and an MBA from INSEAD.
