George Sp. Alexandratos
Vice President, Hellenic Chamber of Shipping
George Sp. Alexandratos was born in Athens in 1973. He holds a BSc in shipping business from Plymouth University and an MSc in Maritime Policy from Cardiff University. He is the director of Apollonia Lines S.A George currently holds the position of Vice President at the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping since 2017, as well as the General Secretary of the Hellenic Short Sea Shipowners Association.
Ιn the past (he also served as the President of the Hellenic Hull Mutual).
Lastly as he is totally in favour of business and human networking, since the end of June 2022 he was elected as the President of the Piraeus Marine Club.
He believes very much in synergies and he is a strong supporter of the Maritime Hellas, the official Hellenic Maritime Cluster and for the promotion of the 100 job categories directly or indirectly involved with shipping.
