Georgios Chatzipetros

Georgios Chatzipetros serves at the Beijing Office for Economic and Commercial Affairs for more than seven years now and, during the last three years, he acts as the Head of the Office. In the past, he served at the Moscow and Belgrade Offices for Economic and Commercial Affairs while, before he was posted in Beijing, served at the old B2 Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he handled issues of bilateral economic relations with the countries of Southeast Europe. He graduated from the Geology Department of the School of Physical Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and he has studied at the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpretation of the Ionian University. He is fluent in English, French and Serbian, while he has good knowledge of Russian and basic knowledge of Spanish and Chinese.
