Gregory Farmakis
Managing Director, Agilis S.A.
Born in 1968, he studied Mechanical Engineering and Production Management in the National Technical University of Athens, where he specialised in industrial management and information technology. He worked as a postgraduate researcher in academia as well as a consultant in the field of technology development. In 1998 he co-founded an innovative company, Agilis SA, which provides statistical consulting and bespoke software development services to major international organisations, including WHO, Eurostat, the World Bank, ECB and OECD. He has several scientific publications and presentations in scientific conferences. During the last years he is personally involved in the development of Agilis Clinical Project, Agilis’ cloud software as a service for clinical data management and biostatistics. In his free time he studies Philosophy of Science in the University of Athens.
