Kelly Benetatou is the Director of Compliance at PPC S.A. Prior to this position, she served as General Director at the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (08/2022–11/2024) and as Vice President – Member of the Hellenic Competition Commission (09/2019–07/2022). She has also worked for approximately 18 years on competition law economics as an officer of the Hellenic Competition Commission.
She has over 20 years of experience in the supervision and auditing of companies in matters relating to competition and capital markets, as well as significant professional experience and specialized knowledge in a range of ESG topics, including the oversight of sustainability reporting and compliance with non-financial disclosure requirements.
She holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc degree of Economic Sciences from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), specializing in competition economics
