Ms. Konstantina Giannopoulou is a Certified Public Accountant (Statutory Auditor) and shareholder at SOL Crowe. She has 22 years of professional experience in audit and business advisory services, having participated in financial, management and tax audits of industrial and commercial companies, service providers, as well as public interest entities.
In addition, she has carried out a significant number of projects relating to the evaluation of Internal Control Systems of public interest entities, while also undertaking specialized advisory engagements to ensure compliance with the requirements of Law 4706/2020 on corporate governance, supporting management in adapting to the modern regulatory framework and in establishing robust corporate oversight and control mechanisms.
She holds a degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and postgraduate qualifications in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the SOEL Institute of Professional Training. She is currently in the process of obtaining the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification.
